At Socials With Michelle, we are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and inclusive working environment for both clients and collaborators.
This Zero Tolerance Policy outlines the standards of conduct expected from all clients and the consequences of breaching these standards.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to protect our staff, contractors, and professional relationships from inappropriate, aggressive, or harmful behaviour.
We believe that successful collaboration relies on mutual respect, clear communication, and professionalism at all times.
2. Unacceptable Behaviour
We will not tolerate any of the following:
Abusive, threatening, or aggressive language or behaviour (including in emails, messages, or calls)
Discriminatory remarks or conduct based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
Harassment, bullying, or intimidation in any form
Unreasonable demands, manipulation, or attempts to coerce work outside agreed terms
Defamation or public disparagement of Socials With Michelle or its representatives
Sharing confidential project information without consent
3. Consequences of Breach
If any of the above behaviours occur, Socials With Michelle reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract.
In such cases:
The contract will be severed with no refund issued, regardless of project stage or payment status.
Any outstanding invoices for completed work up to the point of termination will remain payable.
All further communication will cease, and the client will no longer be eligible for future services.
4. Reporting and Enforcement
If a member of the Socials With Michelle team experiences or witnesses unacceptable behaviour, the incident will be documented and addressed promptly.
We reserve the right to take legal action where necessary to protect our rights, safety, and reputation.
5. Acknowledgement
By entering into a contract or agreement with Socials With Michelle, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Zero Tolerance Policy.
This policy is designed to ensure all working relationships remain respectful, professional, and productive.
